NTtank is a newly established tank container manufacturer located in Nantong, Jiangsu Province in 2007. The parent company is Nantong Freezing Equipment Co., Ltd. (NTFE), a privately owned company founded in 1986. NTFE is the largest freezing equipment manufacturer in China and specializes in the manufacture of freezing equipment, food processing equipment and pressure vessels. NTFE products are exported world-wide in the field of aquatic food, seafood, meat, chicken, vegetable, fruit and many other aspects of food processing.

The new workshop covers 18,500 m2, with a stock yard of a further 20,000 m2. The designed annual manufacturing capacity is estimated at around 5,000 units while the first year’s production is estimated at about 1,000 units.

The very best machinery has been obtained to ensure the highest quality. SAF Welding equipment will be used for main seam welding, and Miller manual welding machines will be used for all manual welding operation. The latest Real Time X-ray system from South Africa has been installed along with a fully automated acid pickling system. Other machinery includes European plate forming equipment and the latest blast and paint line will also be combined into the processing line.
